Crisp3D provides different visibility options depending on your account plan.
4.1 Free Plan
Works generated under the Free plan are automatically public as part of the Free plan. Public works may be:
- Displayed in Crisp3D galleries
- Viewed by other users and website visitors
- Included in discovery, showcase, or community areas
- Accessible through public links

7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain our business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the Services used, and your account plan.

Works generated under the Free plan are generally retained for six months from the date of generation. After the six-month period, the works may be removed from Crisp3D’s active systems and become unavailable through the Services. You may delete a work earlier using the account features available to you.
7.2 Paid-Plan Works
Works generated while a paid subscription is active are retained without a scheduled expiration while the paid subscription remains active.
7.3 Cancellation, Expiration, or Downgrade
When a paid subscription is cancelled, expires, or is downgraded to the Free plan, works generated during the paid subscription enter a six-month retention period. The six-month period begins when the paid subscription ends or the account is downgraded.
If a new paid subscription begins before the retention period ends, eligible retained works may return to paid-plan storage. If the account remains on the Free plan, the works may be removed from Crisp3D’s active systems after the six-month retention period.
